Follow these steps

1. Start small

   Write one concise sentence under 10 words. This sentence should capture the essence of an idea, emotion, or observation.

2. Expand with depth

   Next, write under 50 words elaborating on this sentence. Explore the ideas, emotions, or complexities it suggests.

Here’s an example:

This exercise will help you identify your core message, then explore its layers and depth.

By the end of the month, you’ll be better at capturing big ideas in a single sentence, and expanding on them in meaningful ways.
