So much really is about our mindset. It's a concept that can be easy to grasp and not so easy to always remember and apply to our day-to-day lives. There's lot of practical advice to implement in this piece to keep in our forefront.

Here's two that really grabbed me:

"Reflect on wins. Write down one success at the end of each day, no matter how small. Gratitude creates a mental shift."

"Set an intention. Each morning, ask yourself, What’s one positive thought I want to carry with me today?"

It's the little things that made up the big things, so small actions here and there really build up the concept.
