I love the idea of reversing the script. I do this journal exercise called positive worry & list out what if something turns out to be great, that's a good way to shift your perspective. Btw, honey badger mindset is courageous
Positive worry exercise, what a way to flip the script! It's such a powerful way to shift from fear to possibility. It rewires the brain to expect opportunity instead of obstacles.
And yes, the honey badger mindset is all about courage, persistence, and not giving a damn about the odds. No fear. No hesitation. Just relentless forward motion. Keep that mindset strong!
I used to be in my younger days, I don’t pay much attention anymore. It’s a way to get fit, build confidence and discipline though, plus I think everyone, young men especially should learn what to do when they get punched in the head!
A lot of people I work with do Brazilian Ju Jitsu and swear that it’s “pound for pound” the greatest investment in their overall wellbeing they could ever find. I’ve been tempted to try it out but haven’t yet. Maybe I need to just take action!
I like to watch martial arts movie, but purely from an audience seat, not sure how I will feel if my son were there fighting someone (for real), but maybe you're right, it could save him more than it can harm him.

Honey Badger! Sounds like a womanizer.
lol, why is that?
No idea. It just sounds like that. Lovely name, by the way.
haha ok, you are so funny :)
I wasn't sure where the honey badger would take us, but it all makes sense, not to be confused with the badgers we have in England! 🦡
If you ever go to South Africa, you'll see them in action fighting lions and hyenas!
I know you mean in the wild… but I’m imagining some kind of animal MMA event now 😂
are you into that 😂 I thought of signing up my son (he's 14) for a MMA class, could be good to learn some tactics!
