Challenges, challenges
Everyone faces challenges. But not everyone breaks through.
Not because we can’t, but because we haven’t found ways to knock the walls down. Sometimes we lack patience, sometimes we lack focus, sometimes we lack tools. And sometimes our personality just put blinders on our eyes, so we can’t see clearly what’s wrong.
You know the feeling. You set big goals, make ambitious plans, but somewhere along the way, reality hits. No matter what you do, how much effort you put in, how many times you say to yourself, I can do this, things just didn’t work out. You floated along, wondering what’s wrong.
Very soon, you start to feel doubt, fear creeps in, obstacles pile up and your motivation wans.
I’ve been there so many times, tried and failed miserably, picking myself up over and over again, full of hope each time but filled with despair eventually. There was a time when I wanted to give up my dreams for good and just drift along, but there was still a tiny glimmer of fire that kept me going.
Then I met a mentor who taught me to build a little confidence, take some action, change my mindset and I would see a transformation. There were many obstacles which could be overcome with a willingness to improve and a little courage to change.
And so, I achieved my breakthrough, and I’m here to help you achieve yours as well. I create this Dare To Win series of articles capturing all the essence I have learned over the years to overcome personal challenges. This series is your wake-up call. You’re about to learn how to break through every significant challenge standing in your way.
Let’s begin.
When you’re held back by challenges
Maybe you never stop to identify what’s actually holding you back. You feel lost, stuck in cycles of procrastination, self-doubt, or fear, without realizing these struggles are patterns that can be broken.
Challenges don’t just disappear on their own. Unaddressed, they create stress, weaken confidence, and keep you from the life you want. They drain your energy and make you question your abilities.
But here’s the good news: every challenge has a solution. And when you tackle them head-on, you unlock your next level. This series isn’t about vague motivation. It’s about real, actionable strategies to overcome obstacles, one by one.
30 life challenges you must overcome
Think of this as your roadmap. These aren’t just random struggles but real ones that have kept you stuck. If you can master them, you can master your life.

Looking forward to the series Moon, it's like a blueprint for lots of the things I am working on, I think you could literally write a book on this!
Even the topics I think I have nailed down now, I'm still interested on seeing other perspectives on them.
Sorry, AricaN. I had unsubscribed from everyone. Too much email. And I am not very active on Substack. :-)
