Moon, this reads like a guidebook for someone who’s finally decided to turn on the lights in their own house. I also love how you’ve broken the big, nebulous concept of finding yourself into bite-sized, actionable steps. It’s like Marie Kondo (in a good way ha) for the soul. By the end, you’ve handed us a flashlight, a map, and a nudge forward. A practical yet profound roadmap to transformation. Thank you.

Thank you very much Kuriakin. I love Marie Kondo's concept of only keeping what you love. I'm adopting it into doing what I love 💖 Your comment is very meaningful to me because I used to struggle a lot with all these concepts and now I'm breaking them down into learning pieces.

Excellent stuff Moon, I found the part on criticism helpful, mainly in trying to explain to one of my kids how criticism is not a personal attack, it's to help them grow and not repeat their mistakes.

The main thing I took from it personally was the short sentence: "You can’t fix what you don’t see."

We don't know what we don't know and because of that it makes self awareness and awareness of the problem all the more important to cultivate. I've got a whole example around this but I honestly think I could write a full post on it, so I might hold onto that for now.

Thanks for writing.

One thing about giving criticism is give it in a positive way, I learned this from my mentor who showed us our blindspots but she said in such a way that everyone loves her feedback. The choice of words and the tone matter a lot. When I communicate with my son, I will tell him that this is a feedback on his behaviour and will never affect my love for him.

I would love to read your post on self-awareness. Just today I heard a podcast on this and it's mindblowing, so like you, I want to dive more into this topic.
