Structure is something I very much struggle with so putting this into practice might be quite helpful. I just blurt things out onto the page in any order I think of them and move them around like chess pieces at the end. I very rarely think about structure or teasing the reader until the very end and then try and shoehorn some kind of structure then.
How early do you put your structure in place? Or do you do something crazy like start with a plan or an outline to take care of that from the off?
Thanks Moon for again giving me something to try out!
I use the inverted pyramid more often, but now I'm finding the breadcrumbs very interesting... I might sprinkle more of that in future. But tbh, I used to struggle with structure also, my friend commented that I write like an artist (highest compliment ever?) but she also meant it's hard for people to follow my thoughts. It's then that i realized having a structure makes for easier reading.
As for how early, my final draft can be a drastic change from the first, so i guess moving things around is also happening at the final edit stage.
Would be interesting to see what you come up with!
i call it the artist flow, your words flow like your thoughts and it could get confusing for people who don't know you personally. But now I think it would be good to have a structure within the flow of thoughts.
Great insight! I'll definitely keep this in mind for my next post✨
Please share if you do Rebecca!
The hook is so important because if you don't bring them in within the first few sentences they will click out of your article.

Thanks for this! Learning to write on different mediums is a never ending journey!
Well, I believe we should never stop learning, so I always like to know about new things.
Helpful to think about opening new loops for the readers to have to satisfy. Thanks for the tip!
Hope to see it in your article sometime Amanda 🤗

"Write like an artist" hard to know what you're looking at but it looks nice🤣 or something like that 🤷♂️
I do like a good weave through the unknown, but educational posts are a bit different.

The Artists Flow, I like it!
Very powerful, very informative!!!! Thank you Moon😍
I’ve used some of them in my posts( unconsciously!) but now I see why they worked so well!
